Formed in 1998, Sonicflood skyrocketed almost overnight. At the age of 17, Aaron was catapulted into a life on the road, playing in some of the most iconic venues in the world. Their debut album hit #1 on the charts and became a mainstay in the soundtrack of the 90s worship music scene. The band went on to win 2 Dove Awards and receive a Grammy nomination.

Aaron joined up with CCM newcomers, By The Tree in 2001 after founding members Chuck Dennie and Kevin Rhoads moved to Nashville. Playing over 200 dates a year, Aaron continued to hone his drumming skills, while also lending his voice, eventually becoming the lead singer in 2006. By The Tree ended up winning 2 Dove Awards and charted a record-breaking #1 single with "Beautiful One."

Aaron joined the Brenton Brown Band in 2022, where he currently plays drums and sings background vocals. The band enjoys leading worship at various events across the country and overseas.
